Introduction to ZPFA HOLDING Products:

ZPFA HOLDING is a leading industrial enterprise specializing in the production of high-quality copper and celestine ore products, leveraging advanced technology and sustainable mining practices. With a strong commitment to excellence, ZPFA HOLDING has established itself as a trusted name in the mineral processing and metallurgical industries, delivering premium-grade materials to meet the diverse needs of its global clientele.

Copper Products:

ZPFA HOLDING excels in the production of copper powder concentrate with a grade of 72-80%, boasting a daily production capacity of 2 tons. This high-grade concentrate serves as a critical raw material for various industrial applications. Through state-of-the-art refining processes, the company further transforms the concentrate into copper ingots with an exceptional purity of over 98%. These ingots are widely used in electrical, construction, and manufacturing industries, ensuring superior performance and reliability.

Process Overview for Producing Copper Powder Concentrate (Grade 72-80%) from Copper Oxide Ore:

This process consists of three main steps: crushing, sulfuric acid leaching, and electrowinning.

  • Crushing Phase
    1. Objective: Reduce run-of-mine (ROM) ore size from 600 mm to less than 3 mm.
    2. Capacity: 50 tons per hour.
    3. Equipment and Operations:
      1. Jaw Crusher: Primary crushing to reduce ore size to less than 100 mm.
      2. Secondary Hydrocodone Crusher: Further size reduction to less than 3 mm.
      3. Vibrating Screens: Ensure particle size uniformity, separating oversized materials for re-crushing.
      4. Conveyor Belts: Widths of 500 mm and 800 mm transport materials between stages
    4. Sulfuric acid dissolves copper from the oxide ore.
    5. The leachate (PLS) contains the dissolved copper for further processing.
      1. Controls: Maintain optimal acid concentration and leaching time to maximize copper recovery.
  • Sulfuric Acid Leaching Phase
    1. Objective: Extract copper into a pregnant leach solution (PLS) using continuous vat leaching.
    2. Capacity: 150 tons per day of less-than-3-mm crushed ore.
    3. Equipment and Operations:
      1. Polymer Basins: Used as vats for continuous leaching with sulfuric acid.
      2. Leaching Process:
        1. Sulfuric acid dissolves copper from the oxide ore.
        2. The leachate (PLS) contains the dissolved copper for further processing.
      3. Controls: Maintain optimal acid concentration and leaching time to maximize copper recovery.
  • Electro winning Phase
    1. Objective: Recover copper powder concentrate with a grade of 72-80% from the PLS.
    2. Output: 1,800 to 2,000 kg of copper powder concentrate per day.
    3. Equipment and Operations:
      1. Electrowinning Cells:
        1. Utilize lead anodes and stainless steel (316 type) cathodes.
        2. Copper is deposited onto cathodes via electrochemical reactions.
      2. Operating Parameters:
    4. Voltage and Amperage: Adjusted to ensure efficient copper deposition.
    5. Temperature: Maintained at approximately 35°C for optimal performance.
    6. Periodic removal of deposited copper from cathodes.

Process Highlights

  1. The crushing phase ensures a consistent feed size for efficient leaching.
  2. Continuous vat leaching maximizes copper extraction from oxide ores, producing a high-quality PLS.
  3. Electrowinning cells produce copper powder concentrate with high purity, tailored to the feedstock ore grade.

This streamlined three-step process ensures effective conversion of copper oxide ore into a marketable concentrate.

Copper Powder Concentrate(62-80% grade), Smelted Concentrate and 98% Purity Copper Ingot:

Celestine Ore Products:

In addition to its copper production, ZPFA HOLDING is a prominent producer of celestine ore concentrate, achieving a remarkable purity level of over 92%. The company offers celestine concentrate in three distinct size ranges—30-80 mm, 10-30 mm, and 3-10 mm—catering to a variety of industrial requirements. Sourced from the Dian and Falat-e-Iran mines, these products are renowned for their exceptional quality and consistency, making them ideal for applications in the chemical, oil and gas, and ceramic industries.

Zamin Pouyan Faraz Aasia Run Of Mine Materials (ROM):

The Celestine ore minerals come out of the Falat-E-Iran Mine area without any crushing and screening are as follows:

1. Clear gray–blue Celestine crystals
2. White fine-grain compacted mass Celestine
3. White, green, and Blue crystal cluster Celestine
