CELESTINE BENEFICIATION PROCESSING PLANT ON DIAN MINE AREA

Processing Overview:

1. Feeding Hopper
   1. Raw celestine ore (600 mm or less) is fed into the hopper, which controls the initial feed rate and prevents large surges from overloading downstream equipment.
2. Primary Crushing (Jaw Crusher)
   1. The ore is sent through a jaw crusher, reducing the particle size from around 600 mm down to approximately 30 mm.
   2. This primary crushing stage prepares the ore for further reduction while maintaining efficiency and throughput.
3. Secondary Crushing (Cone or Impact Crusher)
   1. The 30 mm material then moves to a secondary crusher, which reduces it further to 8 mm.
   2. The 8 mm material is now ready for screening and further processing.
4.  Screening (Cellular Vibrating Screen)
   1. The crushed material passes through a cellular vibrating screen, which separates it into two size fractions.
   2. 8 to 30 mm. Directed to jiggers for concentration.
   3. to 8 mm: Sent to a compound crusher for additional processing.
5. Concentration (Jigger)
   1. The 8 to 30 mm fraction is fed into a jigger, a gravity-based concentration device that separates high-density Celestine concentration from the taillings.
   2. Concentrate (8 to 30mm): Collected as a high-grade product.
   3. Tilling: Sent to the compound crusher for further processing.
6. Compound Crusher
   1. Tailings from the jigger are processed in a compound crusher to further reduce particle size, producing a fine fraction (0 to 8 mm) for additional concentration.
7. Secondary Concentration (Jigger)
   1. finely crushed 0 to 8 mm material is sent to a jigger, where another round of gravity separation produces:
   2. 0 to 8 mm concentrate: Collected as a fine-grade product.
8. Tailing Management
   1. Tailings from the final jigger stage are transported to the tailing area for safe disposal or potential further processing, Depending on the plant’s design.
